As a former prosecutor of ten years, and a defense attorney since 1997, I have participated in over 250 jury trials. Through my work on both sides of the aisle, I understand the necessity of an aggressive and competent defense in any criminal case. If the State is trying to convict you of a traffic offense, including drunk driving, you could lose your license, have large fines imposed upon you, be court ordered to alcohol treatment, and even spend time in jail.
